One company behind several products
User First Digital is the company behind several products for the people who run managed service providers. Each carries its own name, its own site and its own audience. What they share is us — the same people, the same infrastructure, and the same standard for what gets shipped and what gets said. The software this industry runs on has not kept pace with the way MSPs now work. We are building the next generation of it, and building it as MSPs: the people who make our software also run a managed service provider, where everything we ship is used before anyone else is asked to. It is built for the operator — the person accountable for the business rather than only for the network. We build things meant to be kept. Choosing a tool is a multi-year decision for an MSP, so we would rather grow slowly around products that last than launch quickly and move on.

MSP industry awards and hands-on product testing. It is being built now and is not open yet.
